Millennium Chicago offers truck dock and loading facilities, as well as simple and easy access for cars and delivery vans. Spaces can be customized to meet the specific needs of each company occupying a space. A private, secure area can be set up if needed, chillers and/or other temperature controlled applications can be installed, and a multitude of other adaptations can be considered.

The project is supported by a group of institutional owners. Units for lease can start at any size and go up to 25,000 square meters or more. The units can be used for other purposes than delivery: cold rooms, storage space...
