The new headquarters gather all of Altarea's 1'300 employees from the Ile de France region. Over its 33'000 m2, the building offers 7 floors of offices and services, 127 meeting rooms, a private business center, and 2'200 m2 of outdoor spaces.

 

The building has been designed so that teams naturally work together. For instance, all the project development teams have been gathered on the same floor. Flexibility was added to the offices layout as well as the work organization: The building is open 24/7.

 

The office will be the heart of a work culture that is based on collaboration, sharing, and strengthening synergies.

 

Altarea has placed innovation at the heart of the project. The group has surrounded itself with young innovative companies to invent new services. This is the case of the start-up Comet Meetings, which manages the business center and offers a new vision of team meetings.
