The plot on which the development took place was an underused asset in downtown Cincinnati for street-level parking only. The plot is well-located and already easily reachable without a car.

The new development includes 1'100 parking spots, 2'800 m2 commercial space and 26'000 m2 offices. The 3 indoor parking floors that are located above-ground are designed to be easily converted into offices when needed in the future.
